Zupa Toscana

One of my favorite places to have lunch is Olive Garden because they have my favorite soup! My co-worker Cyndi made it for a faculty luncheon and I have made it every time I have had kale. Again Bountiful Baskets provided most of the ingredients. When I saw kale in my basket I instantly knew what I was going to do with it.

If you haven't ever tried it you are missing out. Get the recipe, go to the store, get the supplies, and make it! I promise you won't be disappointed.
